Office Hours is a one-hour, one-on-one call for whatever is taking up entirely too much real estate in your brain. This could be anything from difficult clients to career questions and the simple need to say, “Is this completely insane?” to someone who understands the context.

We’ll talk it through, get some perspective and figure out what makes sense from here. Consider it a judgment-free zone for the decidedly unglamorous realities of working in interior design.

There are some things you can learn from a textbook, a course or an Instagram carousel. And then there are the things you learn by doing the job.

Design Mentorship is ongoing one-on-one support for interior designers who want an experienced sounding board as they grow their careers, confidence and professional judgment.

Some days we may talk about the big picture of your career. Other days we may spend twenty minutes dissecting one email. The goal isn’t for you to become dependent on my advice. It’s the opposite: to help you develop the experience, instincts and confidence to navigate these situations on your own.

Good for: Designers who want ongoing guidance as they build confidence, sharpen their judgement and navigate the day-to-day realities of the industry.

Available for a few months or for longer-term support.

Project Leadership Support gives you senior-level guidance behind the scenes as you take on a project that feels bigger or more complex. I can help you navigate client and trade communication, budgets, tricky conversations, potential issues and the countless judgement calls that come up along the way.

You stay firmly in the lead. I’m here to help you see around corners, think things through and make decisions with more confidence. Because taking on something new doesn’t mean you have to figure it all out alone.

Good for: Designers or small studios taking on a more complex project and looking for guidance behind the scenes.
